SERVE Hospitality Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager to work closely with the General Manager to drive operational excellence and guest satisfaction at our café. You will help develop high‑performing teams, coach staff across shifts, and ensure consistent service quality while upholding food safety and brand standards.

• Partner with the General Manager on sales initiatives, cost control, and shift readiness.
• Promote an upbeat, hospitality‑first culture where teams feel supported and empowered.
