SERVE Hospitality Group is hiring an Assistant General Manager in Michigan to partner with the General Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence in a fast-paced café environment. You'll lead, coach, and develop teams, manage shifts, and uphold food safety and brand standards while driving sales and optimizing labor and costs.

• Support labor management, inventory control, and waste reduction to meet targets.
• Partner with the General Manager on sales initiatives, cost control, and shift readiness.
• Promote an upbeat, hospitality-first culture where teams feel supported and empowered.

About the Role
