Job summary

MFA Incorporated is seeking an Assistant Manager in Perryville, MO to oversee day-to-day accounting and office operations. You will ensure timely, accurate completion of duties and gain a deep understanding of the full business workflow to support Agri-Service goals.

The role favors candidates with an Agriculture background or related experience and requires some overtime, including weekends. MFA emphasizes growth through cross-training and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Agriculture or 2 years of relevant experience.
• Agriculture background is helpful.
• Strength and agility to maneuver product/equipment (50-100 pounds).
• Mechanical ability is helpful.
• Availability to work overtime, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and office functions with timely, accurate completion.
• Understand operations to help Agri-Service reach its goals.
• Perform duties in accordance with company policies.
