Panera LLC in Panama City, FL is seeking an Assistant Manager Lead who will be part of the bakery‑cafe’s leadership team, overseeing shifts, guiding staff, and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will train the team, participate in interviews, safeguard food safety, and contribute to a warm, inclusive culture while working flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
