Panera LLC in Florida is seeking a Team Manager to join our bakery-cafe leadership team. You will help run shifts, support team development, and maintain the high standards our guests expect.

You will lead, coach, and motivate staff to beat goals in sales, speed, accuracy, and guest experience, while participating in interviews and training. This role requires flexible hours, ServSafe certification, and the ability to lift 25 pounds.

• 1+ years restaurant management experience

This Opportunity Is for You If:

• Minimum age: 18 years of age.

• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.

• Proven ability to lead great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others in a fast-paced environment.

• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).

• This role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends in a faced-paced environment with shifting priorities.

• While performing this job, the Team Manager role is regularly required to:

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects 25 pounds.
  • Capability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours.
