Job summary

Zaxby’s is seeking a motivated restaurant management person for our Oak Grove, MO location. The role requires a flexible schedule with nights and weekends, and a background in restaurant operations is preferred.

You will lead a team to deliver high-quality guest experiences, manage inventories and costs, and handle cash and POS transactions with accuracy. You will participate in the Zaxby’s Management Training Plan, oversee daily tasks, greet guests, promote current promotions, and ensure

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests.

• Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment; balance cash drawers and tills.
• Stock and maintain dining area and back-of-house areas.

• Explain menu items, answer questions, and suggest additional items

• Accurately complete orders and guest transactions
• Enter guest orders accurately into the point of sale system
• Accept payments, operate cash registers, and maintain receipts
• Handle cash payments, count and verify tills, and record totals appropriately
• Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment
• Clean and maintain guest areas including dining room, counters, bathrooms, and building exterior
• Maintain equipment and inform management of maintenance needs
• Stock paper goods, condiments, serveware, and beverages
