Job summary

Pizza Hut in Montrose, CO is seeking an experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead a team and drive guest satisfaction. You will train and motivate the crew, ensure safe operations, and execute marketing plans while upholding brand standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of leadership experience in hospitality or retail, are at least 18, have a valid driver’s license, and are eager to learn and grow within a dynamic, fun environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain fast, accurate service with positive guest relations and consistent quality.
• Adhere to safety laws, health codes, and company safety policies.
• Assist with cash controls, inventory, labor planning, and reviewing financials.
• Assist Restaurant Manager in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members.
• Conduct performance appraisals, provide coaching, and motivate staff.
• Support maintenance of equipment, facilities, and grounds; uphold standards.
• Ensure food quality, 100% guest satisfaction, and timely marketing plan execution.
• Has authority to hire/fire or participate in those decisions and recognize staff achievements.

Requirements
