Job summary

Pizza Hut in Colorado is seeking an experienced assistant manager to lead daily operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will supervise team members, manage scheduling, and ensure high standards of service and safety.

You'll train staff, motivate the team, and partner with the Restaurant Manager to execute marketing plans and achieve financial goals. Previous leadership in hospitality or retail is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a franchise environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fast, accurate service and ensure product quality.
• Ensure safety codes and policies are followed.
• Assist P&L management with cash controls, inventory, and labor.
• Assist Restaurant Manager in recruiting and hiring.
• Conduct performance appraisals and motivate staff.
• Maintain equipment, facility, and grounds via preventive maintenance.
• Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
• Execute corporate and local marketing plans.
• Participate in hiring decisions.
• Support recognition and motivation initiatives.

Requirements
