Job summary

Jimmy John's is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager. You will ensure the store remains in excellent order and that employees perform duties efficiently and to standard.

The role requires enthusiastic, friendly, and positive conduct, with a focus on leading by example and executing systems with integrity. You will help drive guest satisfaction and store performance day by day.

Qualifications

• Ability to work up to 40 hour week.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to handle fast-paced and high-stress situations in the store.
• Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision.
• Willing to offer opinions and recommendations towards the store and employees.
