Job summary

Idaho Youth Ranch Inc in Idaho is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for one of our thrift stores. You will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and donor item processing.

This role emphasizes leadership, customer service, and attention to detail to help fund programs for Idaho's youth. Must meet age and education requirements, and bring at least two years of supervisory retail experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be enrolled in High School or possess High School diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of two years’ supervisory experience in retail or similar industry

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in general aspects of planning, development, and administration of thrift store operations
• Oversee and facilitate receiving and processing of donated items, maintaining appropriate standards of cleanliness and organization of listing and processing areas
• Assists with compiling daily sales and makes bank deposits

Must Haves:

• Be at least 18 years or older
• Be enrolled in High School or possess High School diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of two years’ supervisory experience in retail or similar industry
• Have strong customer service skills, be able to WOW our customers!
  

Our Assistant Managers:

• Assist the Store Manager in general aspects of planning, development, and administration of thrift store operations
• Oversee and facilitate receiving and processing of donated items, maintaining appropriate standards of cleanliness and organization of listing and processing areas
• Assists with compiling daily sales and makes bank deposits.
