Job summary

Idaho Youth Ranch in Idaho offers an Assistant Store Manager role in our thrift stores, leading daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring safe, welcoming shopping experiences for youth and families.

You will oversee receiving, listing, and sales of donated items, train team members, process deposits, and contribute to mission of nurturing hope and resilience in Idaho’s youth.

This full-time position includes eligibility for benefits and a collaborative, compassionate work culture.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years or older.
• Be enrolled in High School or possess High School diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of two years’ supervisory experience in retail or similar industry.
• Have strong customer service skills, be able to WOW our customers!

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in general aspects of planning, development, and administration of thrift store operations.
• Oversee and facilitate receiving and processing of donated items, maintaining appropriate standards of cleanliness and organization of listing and processing areas.
• Assists with compiling daily sales and makes bank deposits.
