Job summary

Holiday Oil Company is seeking an Assistant Manager for Magna, UT to support daily operations, deliver excellent customer service, and assist in supervising staff and inventory control. The role requires leadership, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include supervising and training team members, handling cash and daily sales reporting, monitoring inventory, ensuring policy compliance, and maintaining store upkeep and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Training experience preferred.
• Must be able to open and close stores across Sunday through Saturday schedule.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with cash registers and POS.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Effective communication with customers and team.
• Ability to learn about and train products available in stores.
• Must have a safe driving record and Utah driver’s license.

Position overview:

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Manager to support daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and assist in managing staff and inventory. The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
