Potato Corner | South Plains Mall in Lubbock, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run the store day to day alongside the Store Manager. You will lead people, manage operations, and drive results, serving as person-in-charge when the Store Manager is away.

This role offers a growth path to Store Manager, performance bonus potential, paid training, and employee discounts. You will support daily operations, scheduling, inventory, and vendor deliveries while maintaining health-code compliance

Competenze

• 1+ year of QSR / food-service or retail supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Manager certification a plus (or willing to obtain).

Mansioni

WHAT YOU'LL DO

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1+ year of QSR / food-service or retail supervisory experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with scheduling, POS, and basic P&L / reporting
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Food Manager certification a plus (or willing to obtain)
