What You'll Do

• Lead shift operations: Own the flow of your shift from open to close, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and exceptional product quality.
• Coach & inspire: Set the standard for great work, support team member development, and keep morale high during busy rushes.
• Drive business results: Help manage daily inventory, control food and labor costs, balance cash handling, and maximize profitability.
• Deliver memorable service: Interact with guests in person and over the phone, resolving issues quickly and making sure every order is accurate and on time.
• Hands‑on operations: Pitch in wherever needed - from preparing food and stocking ingredients to operating kitchen equipment and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Administrative support: Assist with shift scheduling, staff attendance tracking, order entry, and routine store paperwork.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: Previous experience in retail, food service, quick‑service restaurants (QSR), or hospitality is preferred.
• Leadership mindset: A strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and a lead‑by‑example attitude.
• Basic math & tech skills: Comfortable with fast, accurate mental math/cash handling and confident using POS touch‑screen systems.
• Physical & mechanical dexterity: Ability to operate kitchen equipment, move/lift delivery stock, and handle fast‑paced prep work.
• Great communication: Friendly, clear verbal and written communication skills with both customers and teammates.
• Reliability: Dependable transportation to and from shifts.
