About the Job

At Domino’s, our Assistant Managers are the backbone of our stores — true leaders who take ownership and run each shift like it’s their own business. You’ll be responsible for everything that happens during your shift: cost control, inventory management, cash control, and exceptional customer service. You’ll lead by example, follow all company policies and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same from your team.

You’ll ensure that every pizza is made perfectly, every customer leaves happy, and every team member feels supported. The Assistant Manager works closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, maintain profitability, and uphold Domino’s high standards for safety, quality, and service.

• Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred but not required — we’ll train the right person!

General Job Duties

• Operate all store equipment safely and efficiently.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
• Prepare food items to Domino’s standards.
• Receive and process phone and online orders accurately.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, work surfaces, and the facility daily.

Essential Skills & Abilities

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to comprehend and execute written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills — able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide quickly and accurately (calculator allowed).
• Ability to make correct change and handle money responsibly.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for food preparation.
• Ability to operate a computer keyboard or touchscreen POS system quickly and accurately.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to grow into higher leadership roles.
