Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our fast-paced restaurant team. You will work with the General Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, train staff, manage inventory, and uphold food safety and quality standards.

The role includes scheduling, labor cost controls, and leadership to meet sales goals. Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years in a similar food/hospitality role, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a busy environment while delivering

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Understanding of food safety regulations and proven methods
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
