Flynn Arby's, part of Flynn Group, is hiring an Assistant Manager to help run daily operations, mentor team members, and ensure exceptional guest service.

You will work closely with the General Manager, manage labor and inventory, uphold food safety standards, and drive sales while maintaining a clean, welcoming dining room.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Understanding of food safety regulations and proven methods
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
