Flynn Arby’s located in Van Buren, AR, is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. You will work with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations, mentor staff, and drive sales while maintaining high food-safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in food/hospitality, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. This is a full-time, on-site role with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to contribute to operational improvements.
