Flynn Arby’s in Harrisonville, Missouri, is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations and mentor team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include inventory management, scheduling, and driving sales while maintaining food safety and quality standards. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
