Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and appearance.
• Work in a fast‑paced, team‑driven atmosphere.
• Multi‑task and operate with a sense of urgency.
• Interface with customers and provide an exceptional experience.
• Demonstrate accountability and integrity.
• Assume key holder duties.
• Perform all opening and closing procedures.
• Bake bread and complete all prep tasks.
• Manage and lead a crew of 3 to 7 people.
• Proficient in slicing.
• Create and maintain employee schedules.
• Place inventory orders.
• Fill in for Manager in all capacities when needed.
• Assist in employee training.
• Lead by example.
• Participate in management team meetings and strategy sessions.
