SERVE Hospitality Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading a high-performing team. In this people-first role, you will coach staff, ensure service quality, and uphold food safety and brand standards while managing shift operations, training, and labor costs.
