Job summary

Pizza Hut is seeking an Assistant Restaurant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in coaching shift leaders, trainers, and team members to drive smooth operations. The role emphasizes building a strong culture, delivering excellent customer service, and upholding brand standards.

You will manage hiring, training, scheduling, and inventory oversight while ensuring a safe, clean dining environment. A ServSafe certification and reliable transportation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have ServSafe certification or equivalent
• Experience in restaurant operations leadership preferred
• Ability to coach and develop shift leaders and team members

Responsibilities

• Assist RGM with Hiring, Training and building a bench of key holding managers
• Promote a positive restaurant culture and employee experience
• Maintain excellent customer service standards
• Enforce Pizza Hut service principles: Deliver it Fast, Make Food We are Proud to Service, Service with a Smile
• Assist RGM with inventory oversight, forecasting and scheduling processes
• Ensure team members have tools and knowledge for success
• Develop a store team with high customer satisfaction results
• Ensure store meets brand standards and processes on shifts
• Assist RGM with career development and performance management for staff
• Leverage Hutlink, Learning Zone and Pizzapedia in daily operations
• Ensure compliance with laws and provide a safe work environment
• Maintain a clean, organized restaurant meeting health and safety regulations
• Serve as Brand Steward for Pizza Hut and uphold core values
• Effectively communicate company initiatives and manage team performance
• Adhere to Employee Handbook and policies
• Demonstrate professional image and ethical conduct
