• Assist RGM with hiring, training, and building a bench of key holding managers and team members.

• Ensure inventory accuracy, forecasting, scheduling, and safety procedures are followed.
• Lead by example to deliver a great customer experience and brand-aligned service.
• Utilize Hutlink and Learning Zone to complete required training and coaching materials.
