Job summary

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is seeking a talentedHourly Assistant Manager for full- or part-time hours with morning/daytime availability. Lead a team in delivering fresh breads, pastries, soups, salads and sandwiches made with honest ingredients.

Qualified candidates will have 1+ year of leadership in fast-paced settings, strong customer service, and the ability to manage scheduling, inventory, and compliance while maintaining a great guest experience. Must be 18+ and able to lift heavy items.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of fast paced restaurant/retail leadership experience
• Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, & federal regulations for food handler & sanitation standards
• Experience with meeting operational goals, & thinking beyond what has already been done to create a better experience for teams & customers
• Requires continuous standing and walking throughout the shift, with limited opportunities for sitting. Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation is required
• Must be able to lift and carry heavy equipment, ingredients, and supplies
