Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is seeking a talented Hourly Assistant Manager (full or part-time) in Idaho to lead a dynamic team and uphold high standards of food quality, service, and community. You will schedule, manage inventory, and ensure exceptional guest experiences from scratch bread, pastries, soups, salads, and sandwiches made with honest, whole ingredients.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of fast-paced restaurant/retail leadership experience.
• Compliance with local, state, and federal food handler and sanitation standards.

• Must be able to stand and walk throughout shift; lifting heavy items as needed.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of fast paced restaurant/retail leadership experience
