Job summary

Workstream in Oklahoma is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and drive profitability while delivering exceptional guest service. You will supervise shifts, coach team members, and ensure consistent adherence to standards in a fast-paced environment.

As a key operations leader, you’ll help manage inventory, uphold cash controls, interact professionally with guests and coworkers, and ensure the team maintains speed and quality in product preparation and delivery.

• Motivates and directs team members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, fast and friendly service in a clean facility
• Provides coaching and feedback to Shifts Coordinators and Team Members to increase the restaurant team’s capabilities and raise restaurant performance
• Directs restaurant team toward efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within established speed of service guidelines
• Ensures that restaurant upholds operational and brand standards
• Performs duties of Hourly Shift Coordinator when necessary

Assistant Manager

Overview

Assistant Managers (AM) are the operations leaders of the restaurant focused on profitability, Guest service, people development and operations management. Assistant Managers support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) in coordinating daily operations. Assistant Managers operate under the direction of the RGM and manage a team of Hourly Shift Coordinators and Team Members.
