Job summary

KFC is seeking an Assistant Manager in Michigan to support the Restaurant General Manager by upholding brand standards, coaching the team, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will lead operations in the RGM's absence and participate in hiring, training, and recognizing high performance.

You will work a 50-hour week with blended pay for regular hours and overtime, while promoting safety, inclusivity, and a fun, growth-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Experience with P&L management, cash handling, inventory and labor management.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

About the Job:As an Assistant Manager, you'll be at the heart of our restaurant's success, supporting the Restaurant General Manager by upholding brand standards and inspiring your team. You'll lead by example, training, coaching and recognizing your team to deliver unforgettable customer experiences. When your team shines, so do you!In this dynamic role, you'll take charge of daily operations in the Restaurant General Manager's absence, making key decisions and driving the team toward excellence. You'll work a 50-hour week, with 40 hours at regular pay and 10 hours at time and a half, providing a balanced and rewarding work experience.The Day-to-Day:Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by effectively modeling the KFC Connect Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs.Oversee Team Members' adherence to shift responsibilities and maintain high food safety standards. Take charge of restaurant operations in the RGM's absence.Collaborate with the RGM in assessing team performance, providing ongoing constructive and positive feedback.
