Assistant Manager

Take your first step to landing a management position! Our Assistant Manager position is someone in training to become a store General Manager. The Assistant Manager will work through the four levels of our Management in Training program and earn a pay raise at each level completed.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of a restaurant, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Develop, direct, and supervise hourly team members to attain sales and profit objectives while maintaining the highest standards of quality food, beverage, service, cleanliness, organization, and sanitation.
• Build store sales and control restaurant costs.
• Pass a management‑level food safety and sanitation exam before promotion into this position.
• Work varied hours/days to oversee store operations at least 50 hours per week (availability and willingness to work all shifts any day at any time).

Required Qualifications

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds multiple times per shift.
• Perform repetitive tasks and full range of motion – bending, turning, twisting, reaching.

Work Environment

• High noise levels due to operations, customers, and overhead music.
• Work near moving or mechanical parts.
