Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to help lead store operations, coach a team, and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will work with the store manager on merchandising, product launches, and achieving sales goals.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in sales/customer experience in telecom, prior management experience, and strong planning and collaboration skills. The role offers training and opportunities to advance within AT&T.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Our Assistant Retail Store Managers earn between $53,200 and $79,800 annual salaries, plus $18,000in commissions if all sales goals are met. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that come with working at AT&T. An individual\'s starting salary within this range may depend on factors such as geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
