Pizza Hut – Staab Management is looking for an Assistant Manager to lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations. You will coach, motivate, and develop team members while ensuring guest service, food quality, and cleanliness standards.

The role requires assisting with scheduling, labor management, and achieving sales goals, plus helping hire, train, and onboard new team members. You will monitor inventory, food prep, and product quality, while maintaining a safe, inspection-ready

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience (restaurant experience preferred).

Assistant Managers Are Required To Have

• Must be 18+ years old
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, and holidays)

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to complete company training programs
• Leadership or supervisory experience (restaurant experience preferred)
