Job summary

Burger King Store #4848 at 701 Boll Weevil Circle in Enterprise, AL 36330 is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations. You’ll partner with the General Manager to drive profitability, guest service, and team performance in a hands-on leadership role with real ownership.

This position offers direct mentorship from the Restaurant General Manager, a clear path to General Manager, and invaluable management experience across every part of the business.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience; management experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of P&L interpretation and its impact on profitability.
• Demonstrated leadership and guest service skills.
• Available for evenings, weekends, holidays, and irregular shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory costs through daily, weekly, and monthly inspections.
• Place and receive vendor orders and maintain restaurant asset records.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and vendor relationships.
• Ensure cash control and security procedures are followed.
• Lead the team to deliver fast, friendly, accurate guest service.
• Coach Shift Coordinators and Team Members to raise performance.
• Direct efficient, on-standard product preparation and speed of service.
• Uphold operational and brand standards, stepping in as needed.
