Responsibilities

• Motivating, developing and coaching the team
• Working in a fast-paced, team-driven atmosphere
• Interface with customers and provide an exceptional experience
• Perform all tasks related to opening and closing of store
• Scheduling
• Expertise in food safety
• Inventory management
• Fill in for Manager in all capacities when needed
• Assist in employee training

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant management (Preferred)
• Serve Safe Certification (Required)
• Must have reliable transportation
• Have comprehensive knowledge of operational checklists
• Maintain a reliable schedule
• High school degree or equivalent
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for prolonged periods of time
