Job summary

Culver's Of Decatur is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, coach crew members, protect food safety and cash standards, and help develop the next generation of Culver's leaders.

Qualifications

• Restaurant leadership experience (1–2+ years preferred) or strong Culver's PIC/shift-lead track record.

• Dependable nights, weekends, and holidays availability.

We're hiring Assistant Managers to run shifts, coach the crew, protect food safety and cash standards, and help grow the next generation of leaders. Four of our leaders started as crew and now operate their own Culver's restaurants as partners — we promote from within.
