Toppers Pizza in De Pere, Wisconsin, is seeking Managers-In-Training (MITs) to support day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure customer satisfaction. As a MIT, you will train and lead your team, aiming to become a General Manager.

• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Develop, direct, and supervise the Team to attain sales and profit objectives while maintaining high standards of product quality, service, cleanliness, organization, and sanitation.
• Work toward developing to become a General Manager of a Topper Pizza store.
• Contribute to a fun, engaging, and productive restaurant environment.
