Job summary

Popeyes is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run our Dallas area restaurant. You will support the manager in daily operations, cost control, and staff development while ensuring guest satisfaction and high-quality Cajun cuisine.

You should bring at least 2 years of QSR assistant management, POS familiarity, and ServSafe certification. This role requires flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Assistant Management experience in the QSR industry.
• Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification is required.
• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Communication and team management abilities.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the restaurant manager in profitably operating the restaurant within the practices and procedures established by Company Operations.
• Focus on cost control, customer service, restaurant and employee appearance, building sales, maximizing profits, and employee development.
• Lead by example and ensure guest service is friendly, fast, and accurate.
• Ensure food is prepared and delivered with Popeyes' Cajun Hospitality.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

As the Assistant Manager, you will assist the restaurant manager in profitably operating the restaurant within the practices and procedures established by Company Operations. This position is responsible for cost control, customer service, restaurant and employee appearance, building sales, maximizing profits, and employee development. The Popeyes's Team Members are motivated, team-oriented, friendly, dependable, and driven to provide excellent guest service! A qualified candidate will serve our guests Hot and Fresh Food in a Clean and Safe environment in a Friendly and Fast manner. The perfect candidate will deliver food to guests that is perfectly cooked, made with love, and served with Popeyes®' famous Cajun Hospitality. Our Team Member roles include Cashier, Crew Member, Cook, and Backline Prep.

What You’ll Bring (Requirements):
