Job summary

Wingstop is hiring an Assistant Manager in Moreno Valley, CA to support daily restaurant operations, lead shifts, and ensure guest experiences meet brand standards.

You will coach crew members, assist with hiring and training, maintain food safety and cleanliness, handle cash procedures, and help drive team performance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day restaurant operations
• Lead shifts by directing team members and ensuring efficient workflow
• Provide coaching, feedback, and support to Crew Members and Shift Leads
• Deliver and model exceptional guest service; resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding new team members
• Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met
• Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, deposits, and reporting
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering, receiving, and stock management
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and all applicable laws
• Step into operational roles (front-of-house and back-of-house) as needed to support the team
• Help drive team performance, accountability, and a positive workplace culture
