Job summary

Uptown Cheapskate College Park is hiring a Part-time Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations, coach staff, and keep the team focused on driving sales and delivering great customer service.

You should bring retail leadership, a hands-on, problem-solving approach, strong communication, and the ability to schedule, train, and hold employees accountable while keeping a fun, organized store.

This role requires weekend availability and the ability to open/close the store as needed.

Qualifications

Experienced retail manager? We're looking for YOU.

We're an established, fast-paced fashion resale store looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager who can step in and run the store when the Manager is away. This is not an entry-level position. We need someone who already knows how to lead a retail team, drive sales, solve problems and keep a store running smoothly.

What you'll be responsible for:

• Leading day-to-day store operations
• Opening/closing and handling operational issues
• Coaching, training, scheduling & holding staff accountable
• Driving sales and monitoring performance
