Job summary

Wingstop – Vibe Restaurants is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations. You will report to the General Manager and lead a team to uphold food quality, speed, accuracy and cleanliness.

Responsibilities include leading shift operations, driving performance, and developing the team through coaching and effective recruitment support. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in food-service supervision, strong leadership, and solid organizational skills.

Qualifications

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is recommended.
• One to two years of supervisory experience in food service is recommended.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.
• You should be able to prioritize tasks, delegate work, and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Shift Operations: hands-on management, daily checklists, cash handling, guest interactions.
• Drive Performance: ensure SOPs are followed, maintain urgency to increase speed of service, monitor labor, sales and food costs.
• Support Team Development: train and coach team members, provide feedback, assist with recruiting and screening applicants.
