Crumbl is entrusting us with their powerful and popular brand, and we need an Assistant Manager who is excited for the opportunity (and challenge) that comes with it! This position pays a base wage of $17/hour, plus monthly and quarterly bonuses earned by achieving target KPIs.
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to help the General Manager in directing daily business operations. This person must be experienced in a supervisory role, and be able to confidently deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork in a positive and encouraging manner, and clearly communicate business objectives to the team. This person must be able to competently perform leadership duties in the absence of the General Manager.
Our expectation is that this Assistant Manager will develop the leadership and management skills needed to become an effective General Manager in the future. Please treat this (in terms of career opportunities and our expectations for your performance) as a General Manager-in-Training position.
To be a successful Assistant Manager, you should eagerly participate in educational and training opportunities. This person must be able to motivate and positively influence staff, especially during times of stress and periods of high customer demand. A top candidate for this position must have strong leadership and organizational skills. This person should be firm, but also approachable.
It all started with one big dream, two crazy cousins, and the perfect combination of flour, sugar, and chocolate chips. Crumbl was co-founded by Jason McGowan (CEO) & Sawyer Hemsley (COO). They both teamed up and dove head-first into the world of baking. After thousands of dollars in wasted dough, recipes that did not live up to their expectations, and cookies that are just plain embarrassing to them today, the two cousins decided to take their 'perfect cookie quest' to the people. They gathered feedback and tested recipes — a practice that is still part of the Crumbl process — until they created the world’s best chocolate chip cookie.
