Taco John's International is looking to hire a full‑time Assistant Manager to help lead our food service operations. This position earns a competitive hourly rate of $18.00-$21.00 per hour.

A Day in the Life of an Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager, you assume responsibility for the operation in the absence of the General Manager, ensuring the establishment operates profitably and efficiently.

You direct team members to accomplish goals, help prepare orders, train staff, count cash, perform administrative tasks, manage inventory, ensure cleanliness, and assist in the hiring process.

You coach and develop team members, check timecards, and maintain labor parameters while taking pride in the success of the restaurant.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• 6 months of restaurant experience as a Shift Manager or Assistant Manager
• Valid Driver’s License
• ServSafe or Prometric/NEHA Certification
• Customer service skills
• Reliable transportation

Fast‑food experience is preferred. A college degree is a plus. Enthusiasm, strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, motivational ability, and task prioritization are essential.
