Sonic Drive-In in Broken Arrow, OK is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead day-to-day operations, grow team capability, and drive restaurant performance. You will partner with the General Manager to ensure quality food, clean facilities and a safe, efficient guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant management experience, QSR preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the restaurant (People, Operations, Profits, and Sales) with the General Manager.
• Provide quality food in a clean, safe and efficient manner for a great customer experience.
• Hire, train, manage and develop the crew to spark moments of delightful possibility.

• One to two years of prior restaurant management experience; QSR highly preferred.
