Job summary

SONIC is seeking a General Manager in Enid, OK to lead restaurant operations and guest experience. You will oversee staffing, training, and development while ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient operation. Lead local marketing efforts to drive traffic and revenue and create moments of delight for guests.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, a focus on quality service, and ongoing staff development to maintain SONIC's standards. This position is full-time and on-site at our Enid location.

Qualifications

• Three years of restaurant management experience, QSR highly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the restaurant and its operations, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Hire, train, and develop the team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Lead local store marketing and act as the on-site leader to spark delightful moments for guests.
