Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our store leadership in Bridgewater, MA. You will support the Store Manager to drive sales, manage payroll and expenses, and coach a fashion-loving team of Stylists while treating everyone with dignity and respect.

In this role you will help implement the company mission, maintain store appearance, manage shrink, and ensure daily operations run smoothly to achieve store success.
