Job summary

Windsor Fashions in Boca Raton, FL is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the Store Manager and lead a fashion-forward team. You will oversee daily store operations, drive sales, monitor inventory, and manage payroll and expenses to meet store goals.

You will coach and motivate Stylists, foster a respectful team culture, and ensure exceptional customer service. This role requires reliability, leadership, and a hands-on approach to achieving store productivity and a positive shopping
