Job summary

Windsor Fashions in Orlando is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead our store team and deliver on our mission of inspiring fashion for every occasion. You will work closely with the Store Manager to manage day-to-day store performance, including sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses, while guiding a team of fashion-loving Stylists.

You will coach and motivate a high-performing group, uphold customer service standards, and ensure a respectful, inclusive environment for colleagues and shoppers
