Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team in New York. You will work with the Store Manager to drive store productivity in sales, shrink, payroll and expenses while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You will coach and motivate a high‑performing team of Stylists, model our service standards, and ensure a respectful, inclusive environment for both customers and team members.
