Job summary

HairClub in Bloomington, MN is seeking an Assistant Center Manager to support the center manager in growth, revenue, experience and profitability. You will build relationships with clients, guide hair loss solutions, and help manage daily operations.

This is more than a sales position; you will influence client outcomes and help clients regain confidence by putting hair loss in their control. Leadership and coaching are essential as you mentor staff and ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• At least one year of management or administrative experience; strong consultative sales experience a plus.
• Relevant sales and long-term client relationship experience
• Excellent communication and team-leading skills

Responsibilities

• Establish strong and collaborative relationships with clients
• Ensure collection of monthly client fees
• Ensure successful conversions/ renewals, membership changes, and add-on sales
• Facilitate new client protocol and manage client's benefits usage
• Provide sales backup while complying with business rules and sales professional standards
• Perform duties as assigned such as center organization and cleanliness, processing payroll, performance management, supervising, and employee training, etc.

As an Assistant Center Manager you will play a crucial role in assisting the center manager in all of the operations of center which includes growth, revenue, experience and profitability. What You Should Expect To Do
