Reginelli’s Pizzeria in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead a team in a fast-paced, casual-dining environment and ensure guests receive outstanding service.

The role partners closely with the district manager to meet financial objectives, control costs, and uphold Reginelli’s standards of food and service, all while maintaining a fun, collaborative culture.

Reginelli’s is looking for a dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team! Through a close

management relationship with their district manager, this candidate will meet financial

objectives, exceed customer service expectations, and find a way to make every day at

• Use and implement Reginelli’s systems and procedures; Maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment; controls purchasing and inventory.
• Meets restaurant financial objectives; control costs to meet financial goals.

Skills and experience

• Proven ability to proactively train, lead, and motivate a team of people.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships and work well with a variety of individuals. You like talking to strangers, and they love talking to you.
• Strong organization skills with attention to detail. Your calendar freaks most people out, but you could tell us tomorrow’s schedule with your eyes closed.
• Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. You thrive on getting things done on time, and gladly take on the challenge.

Job Type: Part & Full time available

Pay: $14-17 per hour
