Job summary

Enlightened Baby in Austin is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run our store and support families with thoughtful, sustainable products. You will supervise daily operations, assist with inventory and merchandising, train and guide teammates, and ensure every visitor feels part of our community.

Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus, and you should be able to lift and move large packages as part of daily duties.

What You’ll Do as an Assistant Manager
