Boathouse Bar & Grill and Sojourners at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations with empathy and precision. Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead diverse teams with empathy and authority.
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including P&L management.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Hands-on leadership style with collaboration across leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front- and back-of-house operations with the General Manager.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Delegate tasks across all team members with clear direction in high-pressure environments.
• Identify and resolve issues swiftly to minimize disruptions and ensure top guest experiences.
